A few weeks ago, my neighbor's tree was overloaded with beautiful, sweet plums. You can eat only so many, so I decided to try my hand at plum jelly.
I followed the recipe on the pectin package, and to my surprise was rewarded with three jars of the best jelly I have tasted in a long time!
